Dining Room Managers

Under the close supervision of our ever present dynamic team of Dining room managers, MorMor strives to give guests a professional yet comfortable experience with all the knowledge and skill needed to have a great time while dining out.

Dorian Woodson heads up our MorMor wine program with Laura and oversees the dining room as well. With over 25 years of restaurant experience working in such notable places as The Seattle Four Seasons (Sommelier), Seattle's Lamprea (Sommelier) and Food and Beverage Manager at the Inn at Port Ludlow. Dorian assists in heading up our wine classes, menu development and monthly Wine Dinners.

Tasha Walton is a Kitsap native with an eye for detail and a smile that will melt a room. Tasha is MorMor's day manager and brings with her years of service experience and a personality that will leave you feeling right at home.

Dan Grigsby oversees the MorMor Bar and is nothing short of a local Poulsbo Icon. Dan serves up unique seasonal handcrafted cocktails along with conversation and a smile and is backed with years of restaurant experience that helps to round out this amazing team of professional that we here at MorMor are proud to call family.
